Q. How does commission works?
A. It is super easy. Select the style you fancy and make a purchase. Jeff will then contact you through the given email and ask for images. He will also ask you questions about your furry friend's character to help him with the final work. Sit back, relax and wait for the door bell. Find more details here.

Q. Do you draw cats
A. Yes Jeff does! Only if you are excited about a cat portrait somehow carries a dog spirit. After all, Jeff is more a dog person.

Q. Can I do multiple dogs in 1 portrait?
A. It is strongly recommended that each dog should has its own portrait so as to capture as much detail as possible. Jeff can fit max 2 dogs in a single portrait in some cases.

Q. How long does it take for you to create a piece?
A. It is usually 10-14 working days. Jeff opens for commission in the beginning of the month and complete them in a batch. However, if you have a special dates & time to meet, please don't hesitate to reach out to Jeff.

Q. Do you do portraits in colours?
A. Jeff admires artists who have magic touches with colour. To him, at this stage of his artistic pursuits, Black & White in ink is still his primary language. He speaks through ink. 

Q. Can I purchase a portrait without a frame?
A. In order to give our customers the best experience and to provide the best protection to the one-and-only work, all custom portraits will come with frames. 

Q. What shipping options do you offer?
A. Unless specified, all UK local orders will be shipped with “Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature” services. Please reach out to Jeff for international orders or special delivery requests.

Q. Do you have a return policy?
A. Regarding custom portraits, Jeff will send out picture for approval before making the shipment. Jeff doesn't offer changes or returns after the portrait is approved. Jeff will ensure the artwork has maximum protection. However, if the portrait is damaged during the shipment, please provide photographic evidence of the damage or issue, Jeff will arrange a replacement or a partial refund.
